Frequently Asked Questions About ParKoo Erasable pens
1. How do I click the erasable pens? I can't seem to get the tip to come out!
For the retractable style, just push down the clear side clip on the pen to get the tip out.
For the twist style, twist the clear side clip to get the tip out.
2. What do I need to know when using these erasable pens?
It's not advised to be left in hot cars, and not recommended to be used for mailing or signature, or used on legal or official documents. Please avoid direct sun exposure and high temperature as the ink in this pen is thermo-sensitive.
3. What can I do if the erasable pens can’t write?
Cool the pens to at least -10℃/14℉ for about half an hour, then take out and draw some lines to get the ink flowing again.
Please retract the tip back after use.
4. How to get the erasable ink back?
Heat from erasing friction or other sources, will cause thermosensitive ink to become colorless at temperatures >60℃/140ºF. To restore color, cool to at least -10℃/14ºF in a freezer for about half an hour.
5. Will the erasable gel pen work with a Rocketbook notebook?
Yes, these water-based erasable pens can be used on most of smart notebook, included Rocketbook. The updated ink formula makes these pens write and draw smoothly on these smart notebook page. In addition, they can be easily erased.
