2. When will my order ship?
We will process your order as soon as we receive it, which takes less than 24 hours (weekend will be delayed to working day). At that time, you can email us (email@example.com) if you need to cancel the order or change the delivery address.
3. How will my delivery be shipped?
If the delivery address is in the US, we will ship from the local warehouse and you can receive the package within 2-5 days(based on your location).
If the delivery address is in a country other than the United States, we will ship by international air. You can receive your package within 10-15 days (depending on your location).
4. How to track my order?
You can track your order on our website in 1-4 working days after your purchase.
Sign in your account→My Profile→My Orders→Find the specific order you want to track→Click the “Track” button next to the tracking number
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses?
We're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to any address in Mariana Islands, Saint Martin, U.S. Wake Island, Puerto Rico, at this time. We're only able to ship to the Home or business address.

*Sometimes it may take 2 days for the courier to update the tracking number and shipping info on the system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again after 24 hours.
